Have mercy, Lord, in Your unfailing love.

Wash me of sin, of my impurity.

Wash me, my Lord, that I be white as snow,

And hide Your face from my iniquity.

 I know I've sinned!

It's there right before me.

How rightly, Lord, that I am judged by Thee.

But in Your grace, I ask You for Your pardon:

From my sin, set me free.

Verse 2:
Create in me a clean heart, O God!
Renew in me a spirit right with You.
Instill in me a wisdom to be true.
Forgive me, Lord, for all the wrongs I do. 
Lord, cast me not away from Thy presence.
Lord, take Your Holy Spirit not from me.
Restore to me the joy of Thy salvation,
